From infrastructure to opportunity.

Learn the machine. Automate the work. Turn infrastructure ambition into buyer conversations.

A plan and a working prototype, not a claim of work delivered at Stitch.

01 / The automation, running

The automation is not a slide.
It is running.

A working system I built for this application. Small, real, built in days.

THE WORKING PROOF OF CONCEPT

Account Pulse

20 GCC accounts. Live scoring formulas. Auto follow-up stamping. HubSpot export view.

Working prototype Built for this application. Available on request.

Honest scope No outreach ran from it. Named tools are hands-on experience.

02 / The first 90 days

Learn fast. Ship faster.
In parallel.

Operator at heart. Learning and execution run in parallel.

1

DAYS 1–30

Absorb, then move.

LEARN

  • Product immersion: every module, one loan followed end to end.
  • Brand audit: every touchpoint, Arabic and English.

EXECUTE

  • Weekly Sales sit-downs: 5 named accounts at a time.
  • First 50 accounts mapped, buying committee included.
  • HubSpot foundation shipped: routing, follow-up, weekly report.
Live HubSpot foundation · 50 accounts · 3 automations · 1 dashboard
2

DAYS 31–60

Systemize.

LEARN

  • Where deals stall, in the team's words.
  • Objection library, approved by Product and Security.

EXECUTE

  • One live lending ABM pilot.
  • A different story per seat on the committee.
15 accounts · approved sequences · tracked workshop offer
3

DAYS 61–90

Scale what works.

LEARN

  • What produced real conversations.

EXECUTE

  • Double down. Cut the rest.
  • Write the playbook the next person could run.
Scale, fix or stop · a repeatable playbook

day 90

Every week: one Sales review, one product deep-dive, one shipped improvement, one Friday check.

All numbers are proposed targets, to agree with Sales.

03 / Where I would start

Three opportunities
I see from outside.

Only what is public. Three places I would start building with the team.

01

Turn one-off research into an always-on engine

Good research, published once. The blog has been quiet for months.

FIRST MOVE · DAYS 1–30

One asset becomes a founder post, a page series, a Sales one-pager and a nurture sequence.

Cadence · engagement · sourced meetings

02

Make the proof as strong as the platform

From outside: one detailed partner story. Buying committees need numbers.

FIRST MOVE · DAYS 31–60

Document 2–3 outcome stories with Sales and Product. Feed the ABM sequences.

Stories shipped · proof in live deals

03

Wire every event into the pipeline

The experience vision exists. The engine around it is not visible.

FIRST MOVE · NEXT EVENT

Pre-show account mapping, 48-hour automated follow-up, HubSpot attribution.

Meetings · opportunities · cost per meeting

04

More Saudi-focused.

The GTM, built for Saudi first.

05

One motion.

Event + report + case study + digital marketing. Carousel-style.

Evidence & scope
Career figures are from my CV and application brief. The SAR 1B+ figure is Abwab's lending milestone, not personal revenue. The $1M+ figure is an annual event budget, not pipeline generated. Observations about Stitch are from public sources as of October 2026 and describe only what is visible from outside. Account Pulse is a working prototype built for this application; no outreach ran from it. The 90-day splits and ramp are a plan, not results. Module names and platform scope follow Stitch's website; this is not a product demo.
